The Beaudesert State School P&C Association supports the school community by working alongside families, staff, and community members to enhance opportunities for students through volunteering, fundraising, and school initiatives.
The P&C supports school programs, provides valuable resources, and strengthens connections within the Beaudesert State School community through fundraising and community support, helping fund a variety of projects that improve and enhance our school for all students. The P&C welcomes all parents and carers to get involved and help make a positive difference for students and families.

Meetings:
All are welcome to attend P&C meetings. The Beaudesert State School P&C Association holds meetings twice each term, providing an opportunity for parents, carers, and community members to stay informed, share ideas, and be involved in supporting our school community.
Executive roles are elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in February. Positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, with each role helping support the effective operation of the P&C throughout the year.
